If there is no Materials tab on your working screen then you can find it in the Window menu. Now select these objects and then make a group of this design so it will become separate from other designs. Now take the Eraser tool and erase unwanted lines for making these objects a single object. I will add the same height to it also as we have added in floor design of the garden.

Select the other two edges of the ground rectangle and offset them as we did in the previous step for offsetting the first side of the rectangle. Now using Push/Pull tool again I will add some height to this floor design. For creating this design I will take 2 point arc tool again and draw it like this. Now let us add some design to the ground for making side objects of the pool which I will create in the next step. For making a group make right-click after selection and click on the Make Group option of the drop-down list. Now select the whole object and make the group so that it will not disturb another object during creating them. Now take the Push/Pull tool and add some height to it. Now I will take the Offset tool and offset these edges at some distance like this. For selecting both edges hold the shift key after selecting one edge then click on another one. I just need help lining it all out.Ĭurrently i use Realtime Landscape Architect 2020 the full pro version but its rapidly becoming an outdated husk of a program and more and more items are becoming unsupported. Im willing to subscribe to more expensive plans even once I’m able to learn, or if there is a clearly defined route to landscaping with SketchUp that was only available from a more costly version. For things like lights, plants, accessories (patio, pergola, hot tub, pools, etc).Īnything at all that can help jumpstart my learning of SketchUp for iPad.

To start, I know basically nothing about SketchUp except that I’ve tried to use it for landscape design a few times and have always just caved to the more “set up directly for landscape architecture” stuff instead of take the time to learn this program, but I always end up back here.Ĭurrently i use Pol圜am to 3D scan spaces (front / back yards) for my landscape clients. Just wanting to get straight to the point so if anyone can help me out by pointing me in the right direction or working through this for me, that would be great.
